Where is the latest version of the annex?

Terms and annexes are read inside the tender, with comments and tasks on the document itself. The Drive brings together the files of the company, the chat and email.

What exactly do the terms require?

KIM answers about a tender backed by evidence: it quotes the passage each fact comes from, with its document and, when there is one, its page. When the question calls for it, it checks against the Public Procurement Law, its regulations and the CENABAST and ISP guidelines. Conversations stay in the tender, for you and your team.

Each tender shows the guarantee it requires. The instrument portfolio brings together issuers, credit lines, exposure and expiry dates across the company.

What Masnet does not do

So you know what to expect before you sign up.

  • It does not calculate the probability of winning a tender.
  • It does not certify that a bid meets the terms: KIM helps you read them and the review is your team’s.
  • It does not submit bids on its own: they are submitted with your Mercado Público session.
  • It does not submit bids from temporary supplier consortia.
  • It does not issue guarantees: the bank or the insurer issues them.
  • It does not offer advanced electronic signature. The signature available is simple.
  • It does not replace Mercado Público: the official process and its acts remain there.
  • It does not invoice, keep accounts or collect payments: it is not an ERP.
